Hi...

Im looking to create a real powerful archer. Im thinking high attack bonus, high damage. Im unsure whether to go pure fighter or fighter/rogue or something completly different!

Hope that some of you may help!

First off some useful reading material
Archery Handbook (http://www.brilliantgameologists.com/boards/?topic=642.0)
KSB Snow Owl's Archer Build Thread (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=194.0)

What books do you have access to? What level of optimization are you looking for? Any rules for character building from your DM?

Check out the feat Swift Hunter. Really good for ranged folks.

Gray Elf Rogue 1/ Factotum 8/ Decisive Strike Martial Monk 1/ Psion 9/ Swordsage 1

Is the most powerful easily built archer. Get the archery relevant spells for Ranger and Assassin onto your list of powers known via a Spell to Power Erudite taking them from a Wyrm Wizard (in the case of Ranger) and passing them along to you with Psychic Chiguery, persist all of the good ones that can be persisted and use PP reducers to turn Bestow Power into a net gain. You also want Divine Power on your list (and Persisted).

Spend most of your feats on Font of Inspiration.

Use Cunning Surge and Cunning Strike to go to town.

You can get some of the Archery feats but they are mostly irrelevant.
