Dragonborn...jungle halfling?

jungle halflings can apply poison and such, as a racial ability. Would becoming dragonborn, lose this ability?

Yup. There's a very short list of what you keep when you change to Dragonborn (Size, Type, Speed, Ability Modifiers, LA, Languages, Favored Class, and any Racial Hit Dice you had.) If it's not on that list, it's gone.
