Bag of Holding type items list?

Does anyone have a complete list of the items (with sources) for 3.5 that allow extra-dimensional or non dimensional storage?

Thing's like Bag's of Holding, Portable Hole's, Handy Haversack's, or the Dimensional Pocket from Dragon 313 (which is incidentally a pretty cool item).

If such a list doesn't exist, feel free to post any items (with sources) that you know about in this thread and I will organize it into a single post.

Some non-dimensional ones of the top of my mind:

Hollow boot heel (complete scoundrel iirc)
Hidden lining stuff (also from CS iirc)
Masterwork potion belt
Masterwork bandoleer (spelling?)
That crossbow in A&EG that has a few misc items that you can draw as a free action. Also accepts a few other small items of your choosing.
Hilt hollow
Wand Chambers
There's another wand chamber thingie that fits in a Warforged's arms. Name escapes me, but wand cannot be removed until all charges are used.

Oh, there's also that special quiver of plenty in WoTC's Companion of the Hall online article.

Has a version that allows +5 admantine arrows.
