I've become a very big fan of the new show "The Blacklist" on NBC. For anyone else who has not seen this show, one of the main charachters is named Raymond "Red" Reddington. He is probably my new favorite charachter on television. What I'm asking is for anyone else familiar with the charachter, if you could stat him out, how would you do it? He is a leader of a worldwide criminal orginization, and a smart, sooth talker. He is able to get info on anyone, and anything. What would you use? I'm thinking of making a npc similar to this. Any thoughts?
