Long story short, I have a character that needs to get regeneration. Are there any grafts, spells, or items (Not class levels) to get regeneration/anything?

The feat Troll Blooded gives you regen 1/acid and fire. But it has to be taken at first level and has Toughness as a prereq. You can arguably still get it via Psychic Reformation if you're Human, Azurin, Strongheart Halfing, etc.

In general, regeneration is hard to get. I can't think of any other methods short of PAO cheese. If you can make do with fast healing, that's a lot easier though.

I know a few sources.

1. Torn Asunder: A Guidebook to Critical Hits. Has significant entries on missing limbs, prostetics, and the like.

2. The Book of Distinctions and Drawbacks. Has more info.

3. Arms and Equiptment. Has listings for stump weapons if memory serves.

4. Contact a high enough divine caster that can use Monsterous Regeneration on you. Though the effect wont allow you to regrow lost limbs except fingers toes and a nose, you can reattack severed limbs.

5. I am uncertain about the source currently as I cant remember, but there is a section in a dnd book about tinkergnome made masterfully bade limbs, they even give some very small stat increases.

Hope this helps.

IIRC, the Shade template (LEoF?) grants regeneration in shadows.

In the Fiendish Codex II, Tyrants of the Nine Hells, there's a magical location called the Shriver. If a mortal enters it, they take lots of damage and have to make Fort or Will saves (whichever is lower) not to pass out/scream. If you endure the trial, and subsequently escape, one of the things you get is Regeneration overcome by, depending on your reading, Good or Chaotic or Good AND Chaotic.

There's also an item in Champions of Valor called the dukar hand coral, which grants regeneration. Normally it must stay in the palm of your hand, but if you combine it with a kiira n'vaelahr (from Player's Guide to Faerun), it can be relocated to any part of your body, such as in your chest behind your ribs, in your nasal cavity, or inside your brainpan.

Regenerate, lv 7 cleric spell if i'm not mistaken. Goes faster if you still have the part of you that has been removed from the rest of you (if again i'm not mistaken)

Or for similar effect, if you're really desperate, Reincarnate. Lose a level, entirely new body however, young, fit, and complete. Might be the option to go for if you don't have a level 13 Cleric on hand.

If you're going with that you could also try to get a casting (or scroll) of Cocoon (SpC) for reincarnation without level loss.

Or you could just try to find a way to live with it, of course this depends on how troublesome the missing bodypart is. My dragonfire adept is learning to live with his 2 missing fingers, since he doesn't really needs em anyway.

I'm surprised nobody pointed at this (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/rings.htm#regeneration).

There's a reason for that.

It's because the Ring of Regeneration doesn't grant actual regeneration. It's just fast healing + limb replacement.

Actually it doesn't even grant fast healing.

It also doesn't do anything if you weren't already wearing it when you lost the body part, aside from being horribly overpriced.

To be clear, do you want the healing effect of regeneration, or the limb-regrowing effect? Folks seem to be replying to both.

I assumed he meant regeneration as in Regeneration, presumably for the nonlethal damage conversion. Otherwise, Fast Healing would work just as well.

Maybe its for the heroic iron chef and he needs it to make a deadpool? I personally have no idea how to get regeneration. Perhaps a ton of contingent regeneration spells could do the trick? But that isn't true regeneration

Need actual regeneration, not fast healing, but monstrous regeneration looks solid.

Been working at regeneration hard for loooong time now.
Monstrous Regneration is 3.0, so it's rather unclear if it's a viable option.

Master of Many Forms 7+ gains the extraordinary special qualities of the form you take. Turn into a War Troll or similar and you get its regeneration ability. You can easily maintain a given form for more than 24 hours per day, so it's not like it will ever go away. Very few effects can actually force you from that form (Antimagic Field, Church Inquisitor, etc.), and you can just go back into the from again as soon as the effect is no longer on you.

The best entry would probably be Wildshape Ranger (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#ranger) 5/ Master of Many forms. Be sure to get two to four levels of Warshaper as well. You can also go Human Divine Minion (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a), Wildshape Ranger 1/ Master of Many Forms.
