Would a Dread Necromancer be able to learn Shield / Shield of Faith through the Extra Spell feat?

If not, then how can i learn these?

And if so, what are other ways i can learn these that might be easier than spending 2 feats.

I happen to be going Abjurant Champion and having a +9 to shield and a +7-10 deflection bonus is going to do wonders for my AC

Edit: tell me if im wrong but i read the abjurant armor again... it says armor/shield so the deflection from shield of faith wouldn't apply i guess. Whatever, any other usefull tips/tricks i can do to easily increase my AC would be cool to.

ask your DM if you can use extra spell to add a spell that is actually not on your spell list, since the feat description is not really clear on this (i'm talking 3.5 here)

Going Necropolitan for the ****load of HP, damage reduction and +4 to str and dex (if you want AC you're going melee, else I dont see why you'd want that?)
Take the feat that allows you to take an armour category higher without spell failure and then go for full mitril plate armour, granting +8 AC and counts as medium.

Well, this one I can't blame you for, since I only posted it a few days ago.

Over HERE (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=5044.msg73050#msg73050) is a complete list of spellcasting classes which include which ones that add spell lists to your spell list. However, there is an earlier list available through Google-Fu HERE (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=8768) and HERE (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181091) and HERE (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=1582.0) and also, HERE (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=2777.0).

That last one might be worth a look see.

I am already going necropolitan and taking the battlecaster feat for mithral full-plate. (and making it ghost ward. Yay touch AC)

But how would i get +4str/dex??? that confuses me. I dont think corpsecrafter or undead mastery applies to yourself and especially not if i took necropolitan at level 3 when i dont have either yet.
