I just got a call for a job interview, and, if all goes well, I might get a nice job... Out of town. Now, I have a game running for the last couple of months, and I'd really like to keep it going, we've played some games in RPGtable, but the way is set up is, well, for 4e. Also I need to pay for extra terrain (anything other than dungeon), which is, pardon de language, bo*****s!.

Is there an online version for PF, similar (somewhat) to RPGtable?.

You could try Roll20, MapTool, or Gametable.

I'm familiar with both roll20 and gametable. Woudl be interesting to see what can happen.

Paizo are working on their own VTT system, Game Space, but that is a fair ways off from release. I use Roll20 for two different PF campaigns and so far it's been working out pretty well.

Do you use Roll20 along with Skype?.

Yes, either Skype or Teamspeak - we tried the Roll20 integrated voice system (via Google hangouts) but found it fairly unstable.

I also currently play in an online campaign that uses Roll20+Skype, and I feel that it works very well.

The main downside to Roll20 is that it takes quite a while to get everything prepared for your games - I spend on average 1-2 hours getting maps, tokens etc done for each session. However I'll extract and use AP maps, illustrations, make custom tokens of each monster they encounter etc. If you just use it as a sketch table (similar to how you'd use a battlemat) then you can save significant amounts of time.

Just did a quick rundown of Roll20, and it's awesome! I really loved the system, and I think I can use it for my players.

Skype's a bit of a problem, because it lags sometimes, but I guess that's just my IP.

I also noticed the nWoD dice macro. That, I like .

of all the places, I have found myth-weaver to have the best layouts and non-hostile community.

I just checked the site, is it a play-by-post?.
