If i were to make a runestaff with the spells Shield and Shield of Faith would i be able to cast the spells enhanced with abjurant champion extend abjuration and swift abjuration? and for the regular shield spell would that also be boosted by abjurant armor?

Magic Item Compendium, page 224: They have to appear on your spell list, and be Arcane, sorry.

That said, it talks about applying metamagic feats, so the intent is clearly there for applying things like the Abjurant Champion's bonus to a Shield spell from a Runestaff.
