Bloodline: Fascinating
The bloodline is built around the BL Arcana, lifted and expanded from one of the Heavens Oracle revelations. It might come out as a one-trick pony to some, but I feel it opens up some spell options that are otherwise limited in their use and thus usually bad choices for sorcerers in general.

I'm not as happy with some of the bloodline powers I came up with. Help would be appreciated in that regard.
The alluring aspects of the sirens runs in your family due to some intermingling of blood or magic. You are more charming than most, and enjoy the attention of others.

Bloodline Arcana: Each creature affected by your [mind-affecting] or [emotion] spells and effects is treated as if its total number of Hit Dice were equal to its number of Hit Dice minus your Charisma modifier (if positive).

Bloodline Powers: You have always had a knack for affecting other's creatures minds, and as your power increases, so does your influence over them.


Beguiling Voice (Ex): At 1st level, you can use the sound of your voice to lull a target creature into taking no action. This ability acts as the daze spell, except it is language-dependent, has a duration of 1 round, and affects a living creature whose Hit Dice do not exceed your sorcerer level (but see the Bloodline Arcana). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.

Unseen Allure (Ex): At 3rd level, you can turn invisible for a number of minutes per day equal to your sorcerer level. This ability functions as invisibility. These minutes need not be consecutive, but must be spent in 1-minute intervals.

At 7th level, this ability can function as greater invisibility instead. Every round spent this way count as a minute of regular invisibility spent.

Holistic Mind (Su): At 9th level, you gain a natural understanding of alien minds, helping your efforts to communicate and interact with other species. You can use your mind-affecting spells on all living creatures, regardless of type. Mindless creatures gain a +4 bonus on saves against these spells but are still affected. At 20th level, the One Mind ability supersedes this one. The save DCs of mind affecting spells you cast increase by +1.

Piercing Magic (Su): At 15th level, you may reroll any caster level check made to overcome spell resistance. You must decide to use this ability before the results are revealed by the GM. You must take the second result, even if it is worse. You can use this ability at will.

One Mind (Su): At 20th level, your soul becomes one with the minds of the world. You gain telepathy 100ft, and you can communicate with any creature with a language. Your mind affecting spells can affect all creatures, regardless of type. You are immune to harmful illusions and mind-affecting spells.

This looks well done. I take it Piercing Magic is once a day? If so, I'd say that explicitly.
