Lillah nods as she finnaly starts to calm down, she is rubbing her wrists without thinking about it.

Kazuki stands close to Mikhail, back in corporeal form again.

What's going on?

He shakes his head. I dunno...I just don't like him....

[Kyrian]

Kyrian enters the tavern, and looks around. He spots Lillah and takes a seat near her, noting how she's rubbing her wrists.

Hey...

[McBish]

Lillah turns to face Kyrian he can tell that she has been spooked/panicked by something recently.

[Fenric]

Kazuki subtely points to Kyrian and whispers to Mikhail

That's her fiancee

[Wukei]

Good. He can finish taking care of her. Let's get out of here, eh? He tries to smile, but his jovial attitude is lost in his eyes.

[Ryohoshi]

Angelus looks over at Kyrian and then Lillah, I knew you looked familiar. Well, take care. He then goes and sits at the bar smoking a cigarette.

[Kyrian]

It's ok now Lillah...I'm here...

[Fenric]

Kazuki heads over to a dark corner for the easier opening of a portal to the Plane of Shadows, which he subsequently does

I am in full agreement with that. Let's go...

[Wukei]

He follows Kazuki and exits through the portal.

[McBish]

Lillah nods to Angelus then turns back to Kyrian. She continues to rub her wrists without noticing that she is doing so.

[Kyrian]

Lillah...you're rubbing your wrists.

[McBish]

I am? Oh. She stops rubbing her wrists and puts her hands on the bar they are still shaking slightly.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian watches Lillah.

Would you like to go home? I could play my song for you again, I'm getting better.

[McBish]

I think... yeah lets go home. Fast way?

[Ryohoshi]

After finishing his cigarette, Angelus groggily gets up and leaves.

[Kyrian]

Anything for you.

Kyrian takes Lillah's hand lightly in his, and they vanish.

Gwen walks in with Rain and Aramir. She sits at the bar and orders a hot chocolate. She stirs in her favorite chocolate chips and sips her drink. Rain and Aramir lie down near her feet.

They all move to a booth seat where Rain jumps up to warm Gwen's lap. She finishes her hot chocolate and dozes off.

Aramir lays across Gwen's feet, to keep them warm, and licks Rain's cheek.

Silas enters the tavern and takes a seat at the bar.

"Yeesh....sure is empty around here."

Game flies in. Chirrr? Is there anyone in here?

[Wukei]

Mikhail walks in, chirruping happily.

Game flies over to Mikhail. Chirrr! Hello! My name is Game, what's yours?

He looks at the flying creature curiously. Mikhail Pyotr Nicholae Arkadiy.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Chirrr. That's a long name. Does everyone call you all those names all the time?

[Wukei]

He grins. Nah. Usually they just call me Mikhail.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Chirrr-rr?. Okay. What are you doing, Mikhail?

He smiles, Apparently, a High Priest's son...*cough*I mean...nothing at the moment.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Chirr? Game lands on a table and tilts his head at Mikhail. There is no telepathic accompaniment.

[Wukei]

He chuckles. Don't try to understand me, little friend. As my mother once said "there is no understanding me."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Chirr. Okay. I like to play. Do you like to play?

[Wukei]

He laughs. Of course.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Chirrr! Yay! Game leaps into the air and pounces on Mikhail's tail.

Mikhail yelps in surprise and pulls his tail away then slaps it toward Game, not hard enough to hurt.

Game jumps over the tail slap and bats at it with his paws.

Gwen wakes up and pets Rain as she looks around.

[Wukei]

Mikhail laughs and curls his tail up into a ball. He then strikes out again straight, poking at the flying fox thing with the tip of his tail.

Aramir watches Gwen and purrs as he rubs his head against her legs.

Gwen smiles and reaches down to scratch behind his ears.

Ilias walks in, nods politely at those there, and sits down at the bar A Djinn & Tonic, please. he says and hands Cosmo some coins.

Aramir purrs even more and tries to nudge Rain a bit so he can lay his head in Gwen's lap.

Game is jumps back from the poke, then pounces again.

Rain lightly bites his ear, putting his head on her side and therefore on Gwen's lap.

Gwen laughs and pets/scratches Aramir

He chuckles as his tail is tackled and pinned. You are quite good at this game.

Aramir purrs at Gwen, and growls playfully at Rain.

Rain purrs as Gwen gently pets her, her other hand pets Aramir.

Kyrian enters the tavern and smiles when he sees Gwen and the cats. He takes a seat across from Gwen.

Chirrr. I practice. Game lets Mikhail's tail go.

Hello Kyrian, I would offer you a hand, but I think a cat might nip me if I stop petting them.

He reaches down and scratches behind Game's ears.

Kyrian laughs.

That's fine. I thought you should know that Lillah and I planned on the wedding being on the 28th.

Ilias sips his drink and looks around absentmindedly

Where are you going to hold the ceremony? as she continues to pet Rain and Aramir.

Well, we'd like to have the ceremony in one of your gardens.

Game purrs.

He smiles. We should play again, but for now, I must leave. I have to go home to check on some things.

Kazuki steps out of the shadows and drifts over to the bar

He sees Kazuki and chirrups. I suppose I could stay a little longer...

Ilias nods politely at Kazuki and orders a new drink.

Game flies to a table and curls up.

Kazuki becomes corporeal again and orders a martini, then smiles at Ilias before flashing a huge grin at Mikhail.

[Wukei]

He steps over and wraps his tail in Kazuki's. I met your dad.

[Fenric]

Kazuki snuggles up and arches an eyebrow, still grinning.

And what did you think of him?

[Deadly]

Ilias smiles Hello. before returning to his drink and thoughts.

[Wukei]

He shrugs. He seemed a little mopey. But I think I caught him on a bad day.

[Fenric]

Kazuki tilts his head

Huh. Any idea why he wasn't his usual cheerful self?

Kazuki contemplates his own question for a moment, then shakes his head

On second thought, nevermind: Dad gets into enough trouble without my help. Did you two get along reasonably? I heard that Mom softened him up a bit the other night.

[Wukei]

He nods. I think he liked me.

He gives Kazuki a quick kiss on the cheek. Forgive me, but I really must check on my ship... He stands and heads for the door.

Gwen smiles, Which garden?

[Kyrian]

I'm not sure yet. I don't think I even know how many you have, and I doubt I've seen them all.

Gwen fondly pets Rain and Aramir, The cats have, :-)

Aramir grins at Gwen and Kyrian. Kyrian shakes his head and laughs.

I bet they have...which one do you think is the most beautiful, Gwen?

Kazuki smiles then turns to his drink

Gaheris walked in the door, shaking his head, and proceeded straight to the bar, where he ordered an archon ale.

Personally I'm fond of my herb garden, but it isn't very wedding like. The garden with the fish pond is much more romantic.

Then that one it is, if that's ok with you.

A man in green robes and black spectacles enters and sits down at bar again, grumbling

Wine, please. Best you've got.

When the drink comes, he uncorks the bottle, pours its contents into a glass, and sips it

Gwen smiles at Kyrian, You may want to ask Lillah first.

Rain nudges Aramir and flicks him with her tail.

Aramir growls playfully.

Gaheris accepted his ale from Paige and tossed her a gold coin. He took a slug as she caught the money, smiled, and walked off.

Ilias finishes his drink and leaves.

Gwen smiles as she sits back to watch the other patrons.

The man with the spectacles looks back at Gwen with a raised eyebrow, while taking another sip of the wine

Gaheris spared Gwen a glance and a polite if curt nod and briefly raised his glass in her direction before turning back to the bar.

Kazuki swirls his martini and finishes it off, then looks around.

Regiji walks into Trog's clad in his usual blue tunic and sporting a merry disposition. He takes a seat at a table near the fire and orders a hot chocolate, which he pays for up front as per normal.

He leans back in his chair with his hands behind his head contemplating what the day may bring.

[Wukei]

Mikhail reappears and walks up behind Kazuki, putting his hands over his eyes.

(Due to a received injury, looks like I'm not leaving after all.)

[Lykan]

The man looks back at Kazuki. Something is clearly unsettling about him, though you can't quite be sure what it is...

Gaheris slugged down the rest of his ale, put the glass on the bar, and walked to the door. He had other business to attend to.

He releases Kazuki's face and pouts. Awww, you're no fun.

Gwen acknowledges Gaheris' nod.

Kazuki chuckles

My sense of smell is considerably better than my eyesight, you know.

Supagoof runs into Trog's and quickly slams the door behind him, he looks about, and spotting one of the mirrors, runs and dives into it.

Hi-all-good-to-see-you-sorry-I-can't-stay-bye-now!

A moment later, the door opens, and in file about 500 women, all looking for Supagoof. Cosmo nods towards the mirror, and the women all begin to enter it, pushing and shoving as they do.

Gwen watches Supagoof in surprise.

Svadris materializes. Gods, I need a drink.

(Yea, I'm fine. I took some ibuprofen to knock down some of the inflamation. Nice to see you back to your own self.)

He laughs. Next time I'll be sure to pinch your nose.

Iames the Dark appears. Hello, Judge. Without saying anything more, he fires an intense blast of negative energy at her.

Svadris pulls out his pistol and fires at Gwen.

[Gar the Rogue]

Gar walks in, hat pulled low over his face, and goes to the bar.

Then he looks up. Awwwww, tarnation. I'm late. He pulled a dagger and sprinted towards the judge.

Gwen ducks under the table as she gets hit.

Kazuki pulls an expression of mock horror at the thought of having his nose pinched. This becomes more genuine horror at the mob hit, so he promptly goes incorporeal.

He looks at the mob hit in surprise. Amazing.

Kazuki swiftly drifts over to check on Gwen

Gwen is hit by the blast of negative energy, the pistol shot and Gar stabs her to death.

Rain licks her cheek as she glares at them, firing lightning bolts at them.

Regiji's about half-way through his mug of hot chocolate when the armed hoodlums open fire on the druid who was otherwise minding her own business.

"Give me some numbers on these jokers Sal," Regiji says, apparently to no one, as he pushes back from his table.

I'm picking up an extreme amount of divine energy from one of them. The other appears to be an undead of some kind. I suspect a vampire.

"Nifty..."

Regiji darts from his sitting position, running across the air of all things then executes a drop kick aimed at Svadris. His normally uniteresting looking brown boots are humming with opalescent energy.

Iames the Dark smirks and dismisses the lightning bolts idly. Badly done. Very badly done, he says in satisfaction, and disappears.

(yay! a hit. Boo, it was Gwen, but its good to see the mafia again.)

Kazuki sighs at the inert form of Gwen

Thanks to Dad's banishing me, I only have shadow magic. That means that if I resurrect her, she'll be a shadow. I don't expect she'd appreciate that... You'll have to take her to Dad.

He looks around and sees that there doesn't seem to be anything in the way of a general threat, so he becomes corporeal again.

We'll need to take her to Dad, I mean.

Tethost finally finishs scribing all the new spells into his spell book and yawns,
Cosmo,a coffee martini if you please

[Gar the Rogue]

Gar drops his daggers to the floor as he skids to a halt next to Gwen's body. "By the Hells, no," he said as his hands started to glow blue.

[Wukei]

He scowls at Gar and approaches Gwen. He puts out a careful hand to let Rain he knows no harm and bends to pick up the druid.

[Rebonack]

Normally, turning into a cloud of vapor is an excellent way to avoid a physical attack. Unfortunately for Svadris the person who's currently aiming a flying kick at him happens to be carrying the properties of a Realm which just so happens to be dead to magic along with him.

Needless to say, the supernatural ability is promptly suppressed.

One would expect this would leave Regiji with his leg sticking through the vampire's chest. Instead it just leaves him a few inches away about to deliver an attack that will likely send Svadris' head bouncing across the floor.

"Hi there."

And Gaheris ripped the hat off to reveal tinges of red on top where he'd worked too quickly with the dyes. "Dammit, LIVE," he exhorted Gwen as the healing energy flowed into her body. Almost as an afterthought, he ducked flat underneath one of Rain's lighting bolts.

Cosmo brings tethost his coffe martini,
he drains it in one long sip ,settle is bill,grabs his notes and teleports out of the tavern

Iames the Dark's pleased, cruel amusement echoes through the minds of everyone present.

Gaheris snarled and almost instinctively released a golden burst of positive energy, attempting (and almost certainly failing) to drive away the malign influence of the dark avatar.

The man in green looks over at today's chaotic outburst

... I apperently came to the wrong bar today...

[Lord Iames Osari]

The Dark's amusement doubles, and the burst of energy fizzles. Then his presence fades away.

[Fenric]

Kazuki shudders at the presence of the dark god.

I thought I heard that Iames had cleaned up that little schizo episode.

[Wukei]

Feeling the burst of positive energy (being a demon and all) Mikhail screeches and steps away from Gwen.

[Lykan]

The man in green begins spinning around in his chair

Bored...

[Fenric]

Kazuki blinks, then helps his friend with some comforting negative energy

It's convenient to be able to use both.

"GrrraaaAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Gaheris balled his hands into fists and slammed them into the floor in frustration, his power nearly spent.

[Wukei]

It's a mean ol' paladin! He pouts.

Rain and Aramir glare at everyone

The man looks around

Is there a cleric in the house?

Not really waiting for an answer, he goes over next to Gwen

Or a temple nearbye?

Mikhail approaches the two cats slowly. Please...I wish to take her to a temple...

[Cathrindir]

Cathrindir fades into existence with a small flash of white light. He looks around at the chaotic Tavern and raises his eyebrows. "What in hell-"

Rain and Aramir both growl at Mikhail and the strange man.

[Wukei]

Aren't you friends with Kazuki and his dad? Don't you want Gwen back?

[Lykan]

The man sighs

Where's Tempuas when you need him...

He looks at the cats, reaching to pick up Gwen

Please don't kill me.

[wxdruid]

Both Rain and Aramir wear the holy symbol of Inari.

We don't know who either of you are.

Aramir swipes a paw (with claws) at the strange man trying to touch Gwen.

[Renegade Paladin]

Gaheris barely spared a glance for Mikhail as he checked Gwen for signs of life again and poured more magic into her, praying to Ilmater that she would yet live.

[FYI, the plan was to bury a dagger in the Dark's back, but you died too quickly and he left.]

[Fenric]

Kazuki looks at Cathrandir

Cathrandir! The mob just killed Gwen!

[Wukei]

He sighs, bowing his head. And I thought cats were sensible...

Rain swipes at Gaheris and anyone else that comes to close.

[Fenric]

Kazuki rolls his eyes with a growl

And Dad's probably sitting in his chair near the stairwell chattering inanely about nothing in particular.

Kazuki runs out through the mirror

[Cathrindir]

Cathrindir looks shocked. "What?" He looks over at Gwen and sighs. "They should get her to Inari's..."

[Lykan]

The man backs off after the claw hits him

Dammit!

... Okay, that wasn't the smartest thing.

He looks around

To any cleric in the room that may know how to calm animals... Now's a good time.

[Renegade Paladin]

Rain slashed Gaheris' left cheek open, and it began to bleed freely. He sat back on his heels, but did not move further back. Tears of sorrow began to mix with the blood flowing down his face as he looked at the person he'd sworn to protect almost uncomprehendingly.

[Wukei]

They won't let us, Cutie. The cats are insensible.

Rain and Aramir both stand over Gwen, glaring at anyone idiotic enough to come close.

[Fenric]

Fenric comes in through the mirror, followed by Kazuki.

Kazuki goes back over by Mikhail, while Fenric comes over to Gwen. He looks at the cats sympathetically.

Everything will be alright: I'm here now. Stand down, you two.

[Wukei]

Mikhail looks between Kazuki and Fenric. That was quick...

[Renegade Paladin]

[ Gaheris won't come within reach of the cats again, but he won't leave her either. Unfortunately, I have to. Assume he passively follows, if you would.]

[Fenric]

Kazuki chuckles

It was just like I said: He was chattering about nothing important... It was something with Atreyu, Supagoof, and a couple hundred women.

Rain and Aramir both sit, one on either side of Gwen. They look up at Fenric.

Cathrindir nods to Fenric and takes a seat, watching.

[Lykan]

The man goes back to the counter and pours some wine on the fresh cuts. He hisses slightly, grinding his teeth as the alcohal takes effect.

[Wukei]

He clings to Kazuki, still hurting slightly from the ill-effects from the paladin.

[Fenric]

Fenric reaches into his pocket and pulls out a gem

Lucky thing I keep three of these with me all the time these days. Of course, there have been bad days when I've needed as many as five.

Fenric gently sets the gem on Gwen's chest

Gwen... Time to wake up.

Fenric casts True Resurrection on her

Kazuki looks at Mikhail with concern
