Given that the commercial has the Owl saying it, I would assume it's supposed to be the Owlbear saying "One". Or possibly V from inside.

It's the owlbear. Rich is referencing this famous commercial for Tootsie Pops (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rk0ucnbbVDI), which has been mashed up, cut up, redone, and referenced for decades since (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tootsie_Pops). :smallsmile:

More evidence that it's the owlbear: the text is in bold and all lower-case, which usually indicates speech from someone with low INT, like Thog.
