Evil Dead (spoilers?)

So watched the new Evil Dead movie last night. OK... BUT maybe one of the great examples of a 'CE' demon on film. So, if this demon can kill the five people at the cabin, it will release eternal darkness to the world. INSTEAD, it torments, teases, and is utterly inefficient with this task. Why? Because it is so much fun. It loses track of the big picture (unlimited acts of evil and chaos for all eternity) for short-term, in the moment, thrills.

Whenever my PF demons hatch plots and schemes, I'll think of ED and embrace the chaotic nature of demons vs. the more careful devils.
