Hello...

If someone is wielding a spiked chain, and are being charged, do they get an aoo when the charger leaved the first threadened square and enters the ajasent square?

The AoO occurs when they leave the threatened square. Its listed in the online srd.

Assuming that the person charging has less reach than the person with the spiked chain, then yes, they must move through the chain-wielder's threatened area and provoke an Attack of Opportunity for doing so. The AoO is resolved before the charging character makes their attack.
