{roll} tags eating my posts?

I just tried to make a post to an OOC thread for a game I am playing in, which included a roll tag. When I clicked submit, I was treated to this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=16315059&postcount=1472).

I have had enough posts eaten by this forum to always save a copy of my entire post to the clipboard before hitting the submit button, so I tried another reply with the same text. I got the "Post identical to one already in the thread" error.

So I tried a third time, this deleting most of the text but leaving the roll tag. And I got this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=16315098&postcount=1474).

Do you normally do the code that puts the name of the roll in with each roll? As I recall, putting in spaces or parentheses in the name to be displayed causes that error. (Deleting rolls also causes that error, but I'm assuming that's not the case here.)

And there was nothing else in that post, just the roll error?

Could you post the post here, in this forum? The roll code won't activate so we could troubleshoot better.
