so I am wondering what the minimum needed classes to qualify for practically any PRC would be.
Factotum gets all the skills, and some arcane casting, some turn undead - so this is a good start what other classes could be used with this to qualify for practically any PRC.
if optimized well a build should be within the first 10 levels able to qualify for practically any PRC, so that a full 10 level PRC could be used.
