Title says it all? What's the best way to make a character that grants allies attacks and bonuses while doing very little on their own. I'd think a bard chassis would be good because of Bardic Music, and maybe go towards Sublime Chord so I can pick up Snake's Swiftness, or War Weaver for buffing goodness. Anything else or any other builds that might be good?

Heavy focus on White Raven Tactics perhaps?

Good idea. Any good way to mix a Bardblade and a Sublime Chord?

Something like Bard 8/Crusader 2/Sublime Chord 2/Abjurant Champion 5/other gish stuff gets IL 6 at least, which includes White Raven Tactics. You can pick up other White Raven things with feats.

A few things from PF, but since 3.5 is in play, they likely won't see use.

3 levels of Holy Tactician (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/paladin/archetypes/paizo---paladin-archetypes/holy-tactician) Paladin lets you share a Teamwork feat with all allies, no time limit.

A dip in Cavalier or Paladin can be handy.

Cavalier, 1 level gets you a Teamwork feat, and 1/day ability to grant a Teamwork feat to all allies for a few rounds.
Standard Bearer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/cavalier/archetypes/paizo---cavalier-archetypes/standard-bearer) switches when you get your Mount and Banner abilities. Banner grants all allies +2 Morale vs. Fear, and +1 Morale bonus to-hit on a Charge.
Order of the Dragon (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/cavalier/orders/paizo---cavalier-orders/order-of-the-dragon) all allies get a +1 Circumstance bonus to hit the target of your Challenge ability (you must also be threatening the target).
Order of the Lion (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/cavalier/orders/paizo---cavalier-orders/order-of-the-lion) at 2nd level lets you use a Standard Action to give your allies a Competence bonus on Saves vs. Fear equal to your CHA, and a +1 Competence bonus on To-hit (bonuses last a number of rounds equal to Cavalier level).

Bard paired with Cavalier can get you into Battle Herald (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/battle-herald). It gives you alternate abilities for your Bardic Performance (Performance rounds can be used for Inspiring Commands, but Command rounds can only be used on Commands).

That build also gives you plenty of bard and wizard spells that a Lazylord would like, such as snake's swiftness. Swap out Abjurant Champion for Warchanter or War Weaver and you can swap out your gishyness for even more teammate-buffing action, via bardic music with the former and spells with the latter.

A high level Legendary commander from Dragonlance gives you a Banner that acts as inspire courage to everyone in a radius.

Combined with some cheese, I once got one up to +20 inspire courage, to everyone within 300 feet, who could see the Banner.

1) Use 3.5 bardic music rules where there is no limit on the number of rounds a performance can last
2) grab Draconic Heritage (Battle Dragon)
3) Learn the 1st lv spell "inspiration boost", Buy a vest of legends and a masterwork Alphorn, Learn the feats, Song of the heart, Dragonfire Inspiration (Battle Dragon) and if Good aligned Words of Creation
4) Cast Inspiration boost and start playing your Alphorn, adding 6d6 or more sonic damage to all attacks made by friendly creatures in a 10 mile radius, stay in town providing this bonus from the safety of an inn roof while your companions clear out the evil lair.
