Hello, all. I was perusing the list of Lovecraft-inspired locations and creatures in the Monster Manuals of Pathfinder recently (Denizens of Leng, Zoogs, the civilized Nemret ghouls, etc.) At first, thoughts of facing each of them or including any of them in a story surfaced. But then the real question hit me:
Is there enough information currently published to launch a full-fledged adventure into the Dreamlands, à la The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath? And if not, have others taken a crack at homebrewing the setting that my Google-fu skills have missed?
It feels like a natural place to have a quest or two, with so many alluded-to places to flesh out for one's self. And something like character death resulting in convenient party fill-ins could be explained as simple reawakening followed by another descent down the seventy steps of Nasht and Kaman-Thah, or what have you.
So. Any thoughts, Playground?
