Spell modifying spells

Is there a list anywhere of spells that improve other spells you cast while they're active? For example, Mark of the Enlightened Soul and Touch of the Blackened Soul give +50% damage for all 3rd level and lower spells against good or evil aligned targets.

A Moment Ago is a Scalable spell that duplicates the last spell cast within one round. Very handy, that.

Sorcerer only Arcane Spellsurge basically tacks on free Quicken to every spell cast for rounds per level.

Arcane Spellsurge isn't actually Sorcerer-only. Wizards and Wu Jen (Wu Jens?) get it as well.

Also from Dragon Magic, the Soul of Light spell modifies your Conjuration (Healing) spells, while Soul of Shadow modifies your Inflict spells.

One of my favorite spell in epic games is Spell Enhancer (from Complete Mage or Spell Compendium, I think). +2 CL to next spell cast.

Assay Spell Resistance also gives bonus to SR checks.
