Feat for Readying a Weapon?

I'm working on a Spear based melee combatant. I seem to recall a feat that makes your two handed weapons count as always readied, but I can't for the life of me find it.

Does anyone know of this, or am I just remembering wrong?

Not a feat, but gear: steadfast boots in the MIC allow you to treat all (reach?) weapons as readied against charges and give a +4 to checks made to avoid being tripped.

A wand of Grease costs less than that if you want to stop most Chargers.
