Rules with touch attack in grapple?

Anyone know the rules off the top of their head for a touch attack in grapple?

Attack with a weapon or natural attack in a grapple is mostly as normal, just has a -4 penalty to hit. Touch attacks iirc fall under weaponlike spells, so should be fine. That said, if the touch attack is based off a spell that you're casting, unless you've pre-cast it, it requires a concentration check to cast, and the spell cannot have somatic components. Also if it has a material component you need to either have it in hand, or spend a full round action (and a successful grapple check) to get it before you cast your spell.
