Power Surge and Maneuvers

If you take the Power Surge feat with say Burning Blade utilizing the duration option, how would you measure the duration? An entire round would be 6 seconds, so you would be extending it to a maximum of 9 seconds so it would be active for part of your turn next round, but how much? Half of your full attacks(rounded down), your next major action perhaps(whether move or standard)? Or would you just round it up or down, voiding or enhancing the feat?

nothing of that ... the duration stays 1 round. Since you measure duration just in rounds and not in seconds.
So 1 becomes 1.5 and since in D&D you always round down you get rounded down to 1 again.
