Duskblade Arcane Channeling+Arcane Strike

Can I do them at the same time?

Arcane strike says it's a free action and Arcane Channeling is a standard action.

So can I load up a 4th level spell with my Arcane Strike Ability for +4/+4d4 and channel a Bloodblade spell simultaneously?

I'm sure this question has come up before, my apologies.

I would say yes, but you would use up two spells to do it (one for Bloodblade, and another for arcane strike).
