Dont know where to go?

Im playing a Darfellan Barbarian 1/Fighter 2/Swashbuckler 3/Duelist 4, and am gonna lvl up next session. A thing to note is i lost my left arm, in order to save a party member from some druids after he burned down a forest. For my sacrifice my dm rolled percentiles to give me a new arm. So im walking around with a troll arm that adds my full str for twf and when i th a weapon i add double strength, i can also rip it off and throw it, it regenerates after a day. So i am lost as to where to go next.

If your DM was nice enough to give you a troll arm then maybe he will be nice enough to allow ToB (Tome of Battle) and you can work towards the prestige class of Bloodclaw Master. Tempest from Complete Adventurer is another suggestion but from what I've heard, it's kind of sub-par.
