View Full Version : Geyser Basin

Tucked away in a valley high in the mountains is a place of natural hot springs and tectonic instability. The ground is white, covered in calcuim or potassium minerals and charred from the extreme heat of steam that jettisons out from cracks in the ground.

Sploched randomly about the landscape are pools of water. Many of the pools are coated in minerals such as copper, zinc, sodium, phosphorus, giving them a wide variety of vibrant colors. Some of these pools are at a rolling boil while others merely steam in the cold air.

Animals from the mountains occasionally wander around, bathing in the cooler pools, but otherwise this land is entirely vacant.

The steam from the geyser sculpts into a dragon, and rises into the sky.
