So I am making an Elan Psionic Artificer build
I have a 32 point buy
[GM has assigned these points]
(9-14=1, 15-16=2, 17-18=3)
I have am starting at 5th level
My restriction on magical items is a +2 on weapon and/or armor if you suggest it.
If you think a Template might be good for this build so long as its full ECL increase is not higher then 3 I can use it and ignore the level change.
