assuming thats a typo, TFC II is definitely happening, under the name Team Fortress 2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_Fortress_2). Its gonna be bundled with Half Life 2: Episode Two (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Half-Life_2:_Episode_Two), along with Portal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal_%28computer_game%29).

If you already know all this, you aren't the only one waiting.
