CL 12th; Craft Construct, Scribe Scroll, Craft (metalworking), fly, imbue with spell ability; Price 26,250 gp; Cost 13,125 gp + 1,050 XP.

Activate it as a free action , can hold up to 25 charges, 4 level 1 spells, or two level 2 spells, plus can hold one warding/protection song up to level 3, and one enchanting song up to level 3, and cast them all as a 5th level sorcerer.

To recharge it cost 250 GP overall , and then 10XP per charge.

Most common protective songs are protection from evil/good/chaos/law, protection from arrows, shield, resist energy, or nondetection. If a spellsong nightgale is made with enchanting songs, the most common are calm emotions, crushing despair, charm monster, charm person, deep slumber, enthrall, good hope, touch of idiocy, or sleep.

Ignoring the common spells, being able to activate it as a free action and cast huge AoE Buff spells is pretty good. The fact that it is rechargeable is impressive, so with the right spell selection it could be a port-a-Bard.

Edit: There's a lot of spells that fit into one of these. A Trapsmith can put Haste in one as a 1st level spell...
