Is there any means (preferably a magic item or Summoner spell) by which a character can teleport a short distance as a swift action or less, bring a mount along, and be able to take actions afterward? The option I'm considering right now is Greater Teleport with a quicken metamagic rod, but that seems a bit of a waste of resources.
