Best Sor/Wiz spells with no somatic components

What are some of the best wiz/sor spells that have no somatic components aka no arcane spell failure from armor (I know there are ways around this but just wondering in case those way are not available)

Honestly, you're not going to find a whole lot of spells that aren't subject to a failure chance. You may as well play a Duskblade if you're going that route.

You may as well play a Duskblade if you're going that route.The duskblade's spell list is very limited compared to what a wizard can do.

If you need damage there is Shout and Greater Shout.

Nope, just shout. Greater shout inexplicably has a somatic component. It's just a really terrible spell.

There's also the option of long-duration buffs or other out-of-combat spells (such as many divinations) that you can cast when you wake up in the morning before suiting up.
