Seriously, it is spam and it is infested all throughout the site where it doesn't belong. Just report it so the mods can find it and clean it up.

This. They're there because the spambots posted them, obviously, but also because nobody (or very few people) reported them. I know that I, personally, don't visit that part of the forum frequently, so that's at least one less person reporting.
