You go to the extended signature thread, of course.

For Homebrew there is The Homebrewer's Extended Signature (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60676) Thread, it might be possible that there are extended signature threads in other forums, too.

You can post your extended signature there (at least if it is homebrew related, as said there might be other threads like that) and link to it from your normal signature.
