I have a friend that plays a lvl 14 cleric/radiant servant of Pelor. Can't remember exactly how many levels he has in RS but he is thinking about changing since it doesn't offer much more and he want to focus more on blasting.
He is a lawful good assimar. He has DM:quicken
So far this is all I know about him.
What prc's would buff his blasting capabilities?
