The game I am preping for is a very low powered 3.5e game (I plan for maxx level to be around 6). In this world I am using the 3.5 pantheon of gods and each god is tied to a race. I can work out the good races and the gods tied to them. What I am having trouble with is the neutral and evil gods.
Gruumsh has already (and obviously) been assigned to the orcs.
Other races might include; goblins, gnolls, etc.
I would be hesitant to include draconian races due to the power level of the game.
Any advice on races that would be tied to the an evil or neutral god would be nice. Thanks in advance.
