Is Quasilycanthrope in a book anywhere, or is it only in this web enhancement?

They seem to be online-only. I don't think WotC let SKR near any books after a certain point.

Just that enhancement. The only expansion they've made to Lycanthropy in a splatbook was introducing the Draegloth, AFAIK.
Edit: And the Sandstorm/Stormwrack lycans.

Mr. Sean K, did Champions of Valor in 2005, oddly enough he was laid off by WOTC in 2002, and pazio picked him up for pathfinder in 2008.

Eberron's shifter race is also a sort of quasi-lycanthrope.

I was mistaken. I thought that they were Drow that underwent a ritual to combine themselves with a lycanthrope and gain fiendish traits too, but I was wrong.

Is that maybe a thing with a different name?

Darfellan from Stormwrack also have a similar fluff backstory as Shifters, but don't really have anything to show for it other than a racial bite attack and being orca/dolphin people.
