So this is an Idea I have had for a while. A changeling with this flaw who has 2-3 off shoot personalities that can surface when ever for what ever reason. The parent personality would possibly be a changeling rouge who is aware of the fact he is a changeling but the others could be a , half elf bard, a human ranger, and an elf scout. All with distinct personality traits and skills.

Is this character broken what are your thoughts?

Dissociative Identity Disorder
Dissociative Identity Disorder is a case where the subject has two or more different personalities, with no memory of the actions of other Alter Egos. This cannot be caused by drug use or other general medication.
Benefit: You essentially have two characters inhabiting one body. Both Alter Egos share physical stats (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution) but have separate Mental Stats (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma). Personalities also share different traits, such as ranks in certain skills (DM's Discretion), and certain feats (Dm's Discretion). Only one personality may be in use at any given time.
Drawback: These Alter Egos cannot be selected to appear or disappear. They usually manifest in response to a certain stimulus. For example, a Wizard being menaced by a Dragon might also have a hidden Barbarian Alter Ego that appears under serious stress. Likewise, a normally quiet, simple Commoner might find himself entirely naked next to a gorgeous Aristocrat after a night of wild Bardic partying.
Normal: Characters have a single, set personality, and one character design.
Roleplaying Ideas: Characters with this trait are often very unpredictable, as you never know which side you'll be talking to. At one point you may be discussing contemporary theater with a renown Bard, and the next you may be arm-wrestling a brazen Fighter.

I actually ran a similar concept to this. It was a Factotum/Changeling Egoist/ Changeling Wizard/Chameleon. Had three personalities, each defined by the separate classes and then the Chameleon Focuses. The Egoist part was a "kung-fu master" Dwarf (later used Martial/Divine Focus), the Factotum part was a "Robin hood esque thief" Human (Stealth/Arcane Focus), and the Wizard was a n "Archmage" Elf (Arcane/Divine Focus). It was super fun!

I had a similar idea (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=249074) for a character. A reflavoured binder build would work for this. Determine specific sets of vestiges that work well together to create what abilities you want (ranged, melee, sneak, etc). Depending on which set you bind in the morning (randomly rolled, if you want it to be uncontrolled), a different personality emerges (choose to fail the binding roll so you always display the influence). Maybe dip into Chameleon, or even take the whole thing.

If you're a changeling, you can also look different with each set of vestiges (including displaying the sign, if that's your thing).
