The arcane spell clone states that when the character it was modeled for dies, the soul transfers to it. So that got me to thinking on 2 questions.
1. Can another willing soul be placed within the clone body,
Example being Joe and Bob are brothers. Joe was the elder and was very strong and agile, while bob was born with several physical defects, and was always thin weak and sickly. Joe is an adventurer whom has a very powerful mage companion whom created a clone for him months ago. Bob's body gives out and he dies, but Joe wants his little brother back and to be free of his many defects and sickness. He askes his mage companion if he could find a way to bring back his brother in the body of his clone so he can be as strong and healthy as Joe.
2. A lich, years before undergoing undeath, created a clone of himself. Upon it's completion, placed it in temperal stasis with a contigency spell that upon his soul being freed, the stasis would end. A group of adventurers kill the now powerful lich then destroy his phylactry (sorry if its mispelled) At that moment when his soul is freed, would the clone awaken with the lich's soul intact, now making the lich again a creature umungst the living?
