To what does this 2x apply?
A barding mithril chainmail +3 costs:
150x2 + 4000 + 9000 = 13300
150x2 +4000x2 + 9000 = 17300
150x2 +4000x2 +9000x2= 26300
or something else?

Only the cost of the base armour is increased has always being my reading. The cost of masterworking and enchanting are not multiplied.

Also not multiplied is any cost of special materials.
