Can you use the Bolstered Resilience feat http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/bolstered-resilience if you are immune to fatigue?

I don't see why not. From a rules standpoint, the only restriction is that you can't use it while you're fatigued, but if you're immune to fatigue you'll never be fatigued and thus won't have to worry about it.

From a power standpoint, at best you will negate a single attack that does 20 damage or less, or a handful of smaller attacks that do 20 or less. In either case, not a big deal.

Actually it says "until it is _hit_ by an attack". So ANY attack, regardless of damage will stop the effect.

Many a barbarian would be willing to one-level dip into Oracle (Lame Curse) and take this feat at 11th character level. Some are willing to do it without the feat, but with it it's more attractive. Those who want to use wands will take Oracle early, probably character level 2 to get it over with and use wands for as long as possible. Those who don't care about that would multiclass at level 11 itself to enjoy being a barbarian all the way until then.

It's gaming the system. It's not wrong, but some DMs could frown upon it.

It's actually a fairly weak option as far as "gaming the system goes".
And there are plenty of other ways to ignore Fatigue besides Oracle 1.

I've seen much worse.
