Gish Prestige Classes (pathfinder)

Looking for a class to close out the last few levels with assuming I start with this:

Fighter1/Wizard5/Eldritch Knight10/ ?

What would be my best bet for the last 4 levels? Maximizing Bab, Hit Dice, and Will Saves would be best (with continued casting progression). I suppose picking up the 6th level of wizard wouldn't be to horrible as it would give a +1 to bab leaving me with only 3 levels left to try to fill with a full bab class.

It's no better than wizard levels for BAB etc., but it does offer another way of getting cleric spells if you still want those: daivrat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/c-d/daivrat).

3 levels in a medium bab class will get you to 16 too.

A lot of them lose a caster level at level though.

Note that, depending on your race you can get into EK early, e.g. using an Aasimar's Daylight SLA. This actually lets you qualify for EK at level 3.

Hellknight Enforcer is a good one.

There are 2 options that have Full Casting, and better than 1/2 Bab:
Hellknight Signifier (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/e-h/hellknight-signifer), 3/4 Bab, 10/10 Casting
Spherewalker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/s-z/spherewalker), 3/4 Bab, 5/5 Casting

Hellknight Signifier would be the better option due to easier/better pre-reqs, but if you happen to meet Spherewalker's better, so be it.

After that, you're going to lose at least 1 level of casting (most of these are 7/10, but some are not, all of them will lose you casting at 1st level).

Requires 3 ranged feats

Steepest reqs of the bunch, must be Chaotic Evil
Razmiran Priest (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/razmiran-priest), 3/4 Bab

Fairly easy reqs, must be non-good.

Requries 2 less common feats (Spell Penetration for one), otherwise fairly simple reqs, Non Evil

Fairly easy requirements, must be Partial Neutral.
Umbral Court Agent (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/s-z/umbral-court-agent), 3/4 Bab

Skill heavy reqs, must be Lawful Evil
