Legacy Item Abilities

So I'm reading through Weapons of Legacy and I get to the part where it explains that by performing the appropriate ritual you can unlock a legacy item's least, lesser, and greater abilities. However, it doesn't seem to specify which abilities are least, lesser, or greater.

Could anyone clear this up for me?

Least: A, B, C (5-10)
Lesser: D, E, F (11-15)
Greater: G, H, I (16-20)

More clearly, the abilities gained from levels 5-10 are least abilities, those from 11-16 are lesser, and 17-20 are greater.
