Panel 4. Why did Belkar imply that Roy taught Thog to stab things with arrows? I've never seen ROY do that.

Roy used to be a guy who never did that. Then he gave Thog an arrow to the knee (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0798.html).

Side point, but Roy says that not-Thog couldn't have learned to use arrows as stabbing weapons from him, as it isn't Thog. But Tarquin was watching the match, so he could have been inspired by Roy there.

Given that Tarquin routinely catches arrows, I'm sure the idea has occurred to him at some point in the past.

Actually, Belkar was wrong. Roy stabbed Thog in the leg with a bolt, not an arrow. I don't think anyone was shooting arrows in the arena.
