Where is the Eberron Bard Substitution Levels?

The title says it all. I was building a bard, and I saw the Eberron Bard. It looks good, but I also heard there are restrictions on which feats you can use to replace which songs. I cannot find this anywhere, but my DM is wary of my characters in general.

So, any help is apprecated.

I saw that. What I was wondering was if I can trade any Song for any of the feats on that list. I did not see that there.

"...or can choose one of them as a bonus feat instead of gaining a new form of bardic music at 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, or 18th level."

These levels align with Inspire Competence, Suggestion, Inspire Greatness, Song of Freedom, Inspire Heroics and Mass Suggestion. This is all the Bardic music except for Inspire Courage.

So you can trade any song except for Inspire Courage for one of the feats listed on page 34 of the Eberron Campaign setting.
