CLASS FEATURES

Vile Spellcasting (Ex): Whenever you cast a spell with the evil descriptor, you add your tainted scion class level to your caster level. Furthermore, your primary casting stat is treated as higher for the purposes of spellcasting based upon your taint (or corruption) level. Mild provides a +1 modifier, moderate provides a +2, and severe provides a +3 modifier. For example, a character who's casting ability is 13 and has a taint score high enough to qualify them as having moderate taint is treated as if that score were 15 for the purpose of casting spells.

Shed Taint (Su): Upon becoming a tainted scion, you gain the ability to expend a number of points of taint (or corruption) as a standard action to summon a taint elemental with a number of hit die equal to twice the number of points of taint spent (a number of hit die equal to the number of points of corruption spent). The taint elemental can act immediately and follows your commands completely. You may only have one taint elemental at a time under your control, and it lasts a number of rounds equal to your tainted scion class levels + your constitution modifier. You may not create a taint elemental with more hit die than twice your tainted scion level, nor with more hit die than you. When you use this class feature, you must make a Fort save (DC 10 + elemental's HD) or increase your taint (corruption) score by 1.
