Do you think a stealthy elocater, should gain some sort of bonus, for using scorn earth while also using move silently ?

I'd say that's up to the DM. If they don't give you some sort of circumstance bonus, make sure to may them pay for it by being the most flatulent elocater to ever not-walk the material plane as explanation for your lack of bonus.
