Dark Heresy: way to get more skills on a tech-priest or robot parts on adept?

Is there a way to build a character that has lots of skills and can use mechadendrites? I dont care about luminen use, psychic powers, or combat prowess. Just want to buy a ton of skills and synthetic parts.

The Lathe Worlds has a ton of alternate ranks for Tech Priests in it. There's even a Tech Priest rank that's good at socializing in it.

Those are mostly combat/cleric focused. The talky tech-priest isnt robotnik enough for me.

I'm thinking the Malatek from... Fanatics? Or something like that. Has a bunch of forbidden lores.

Both the Malatek from Lathe Worlds and the Heretek Savant from Radicals Handbook are quite lore based.

Malatek looks pretty right up my alley.

Factor of the Lathes might be worth it for the talk-y skills, but I'm not attracted to the fluff of it at all.

The Heretek is totally Chaos and overpays for its lore skills, IMO.
