Base Attack Bonus: +4
Skills: Craft (armorsmithing) 6 ranks , Knowledge (religion) 4 ranks , Ride 6 ranks
Special: Ability to turn or rebuke undead.
Special: Ability to cast 1st-level divine spells.

My DM, likes to make PRC's sort of forced at 6th level entry, to keep things even and prevent early entry messes some like to create, but the way the class is designed, would you say they are inteded to be a 5th level entry for a paladin, if they have a high enough wisdom?

Yes, but more to the point, there are lots of PrCs that are obviously intended to be entered at before 6th level. Your DM will at the very least be aware of Master Specialist, and probably several others. So if your DM enforces 6th level entry, he's consciously going against the way PrCs were designed, which means this sort of argument won't work.

In fact, a sidebar on the Stoneblessed class, for one, says that it was specifically designed to be easy to enter quickly.
