New York City Meetup Planning Thread

Hey Folks,

I'd like gauge interest in doing a playgrounder meetup in NYC. I know that there are a fair number of us who live in and around the city, at least according to our "location" info. I figure that, if folks are up for it, we can pick a date and some reasonably convenient place (probably somewhere in Manhattan). Perhaps a bar, restaurant, or coffee shop, depending on the spread of ages involved.

Well nothing is set in stone, obviously. I actually live in the very north Bronx, a few blocks from the Harlem Line MetroNorth. So someplace in Westchester isn't necessarily a problem. How far up are you?

If it's during the winter break, I am definitely game, depending on the date. Otherwise, I'm in college upstate and can't make it. But I'm most certainly interested!
