When two-handing a weapon is the extra damage from these stats increased by 1 and 1/2 the same way strength is?

No, you're already getting your Str in addition to the Int bonus, so you'd have 1.5 x your Str already. The class feature doesn't say that these bonuses are multiplied when wielding 2-handers.
