Darth Nihilus in 3.5

I recently began replaying the excellent Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II, and I wonder if there would be a way to convert the character of Darth Nihilus into D&D 3.5.

weapon proficiency for swords, unique sword to do energy damage, unique mask item increasing intimidate checks, once per round life drain aura...can't think of anything else off the top of my head as I haven't played the game in a while and my only memories of the fight were force crushing my way to victory.

sounds like maybe a dip in Master of masks? Get your exotic sword stuff, and fancy fighitng.

Just a psionic/ToB hybrid with an energy drain death aura that affects psionic creatures below a certain HD.
