[3.5] Question: Heritage Feats worth?

So, are they?

Fey Heritage, Dragonic, Fiendish?

I think draconic heritage can be worth it if you go for Dragonheart mage prestige class (races of the dragon). It may lose 2 caster levels, but it gives you 4 draconic feats for free, 3 you can choose, 1 is draconic breath, which get's boosted up in power.
Losing 2 caster levels may be a heavy price, but i like it.

The Fey Heritage feats are always worthwhile and they're even better on a Warlock; the Fiendish Heritage feats are decent.
The Planar Handbook heritage feats, however, are worthless with the possible exception of Air Heritage if you already have a fly speed.
From PHB II, the Celestial Sorcerer feats are better than the Infernal Sorcerer feats.

Human heritage isn't great but it can be worth it for a half-human elf if you can chaos shuffle the feats and are planning on going chameleon. Generally speaking, it is not worth it though.
